DIRECTIONAL MOVEMENT INDEX
Directional Movement indicator, which takes place in the data terminals with the names + DI - DI, dm, is an indicator developed by j.Welles Wilder. It is among the trend indicators.
It gives an idea about the direction of the trend. It is shown as 2 lines on the graph. In a simple way, we can say that + DI shows the buyers –Di the sellers. While + Di shows the upward movement of the price, -Di shows the downward price movements.
